ABOUT THE HOTEL

The Saskatoon Travelodge Hotel is owned and operated by a group of local shareholders. It is the largest Travelodge in Canada and the second largest hotel in Saskatchewan.
The hotel is independently owned and operated under a license agreement with Travelodge Canada Corporation.
1972
The Saskatoon Travelodge Hotel opened. The hotel since has experienced 4 major expansions.
1980
There was a 4 storey, 66 room addition, a new banquet room (Galaxy A) and the relocation of the bar.
1984
The water slide & pool complex with 64 pool side view rooms were added.
1999
The most recent expansion added 51 new rooms that were designed with the executive corporate traveler in mind, bringing the total number of rooms to 268. Along with the new rooms, additional meeting room space was built (Galaxy B) to accommodate 1000 people for a meeting and 600 for a banquet.
2006
Renovations were done to the entire lower level, including all of our banquet and meeting space.
Over the years the hotel has offered high quality accommodations, food and beverage, catering and convention facilities.
