Vincent H. LaPointe C.C.C. Chef LaPointe C.C.C., who developed his culinary expertise
at some of the most prestigious hotels across Canada brings his gold medal winning flair and
creativity to the Travelodge.
- C.C.C. (Certified Chef De Cuisine) The highest designation of Chef training in Canada
- Trained at SAIT College, Apprenticed at the Banff Springs Hotel
- Chairman of the Junior Chef's National Culinary Competition for 6 years
- Member of the Canadian Culinary Federation for 25 years
- Total of 60 medals won in Provincial and Canadian Competitions
- Member and manager of Team Saskatchewan. Went to the 2000 World Culinary
Competition in Erfurt, Germany and won 2 silver and 2 bronze medals
- Worked abroad in New Zealand, Australia, and Bahamas
- Winner of the 2003 Ironman Chef's Competition
- President of the Chef's Association for 8 years
